Job summary

TEHC Leisure PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a friendly Front Desk team member to be the first contact for golfers, families and guests in a golf and leisure environment. You will welcome guests, handle enquiries, bookings, check-ins and payments.

The role requires shift work including weekends and public holidays; 44 hours per week, 5 days rostered. Mandarin is an advantage and customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Friendly, confident and service-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using computers and basic Microsoft Office.
• Organised and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Responsible, positive and willing to learn.
• Customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage.
• English required; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service
• Handle enquiries, bookings, check-ins and payments
• Assist with equipment rentals, memberships, promotions and events
• Provide information on our golf and leisure facilities
• Handle guest feedback and assist in resolving issues
• Support simple administrative and daily Front Desk duties
• Work closely with Operations and F&B teams
• Keep the Front Desk and guest areas organised and presentable
