Job summary

The Singapore Island Country Club in Singapore invites applications for the role of Golf Assistant (Golf Receptionist). You will be the first point of contact at the Golf Counter, welcoming members and guests and delivering a friendly, efficient service.

You will handle enquiries, coordinate golf bookings, support handicapping administration, and assist with day-to-day operations of the Golf Department. You will work with the Golf Admin and Operations teams to ensure timely, accurate assistance

Responsibilities

• Attend to members and guests at Golf Counter, providing friendly, professional assistance.
• Manage golf bookings and reservations, including tee-times and competitions.
• Coordinate golf competitions: registration, draws, scoring, results and inquiries.
• Handle handicapping enquiries and follow up on handicap matters.
• Perform CHS handicapping administration and reports, coordinating with SGA.
• Support golf operations and handicapping matters, attend committee meetings.
• Assist with golf events—registration, scoring and operations.
• Coordinate reciprocal bookings with external clubs.
• Prepare golf-related communications and reports.
