Qualifications

• Strong competency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint with demonstrated analytical skills.
• Proficiency in verbal and written English and Mandarin Chinese is a must.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver virtual and hybrid events.
• Support virtual event technology platforms and provide troubleshooting during events.
• Manage invitations using Marketo and ensure timely communication with attendees.
• Assist with event logistics and maintain relationships with vendors.
• Collect and organize data on event attendance and support reporting.
