A leading logistics firm in Singapore is searching for a Supply Chain Executive who will be responsible for coordinating international shipments and managing shipping documentation. The successful candidate will liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of goods while complying with all international shipping and customs regulations. Strong organizational and communication skills are a must. Experience in logistics or freight coordination is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in a related field is required.
• Experience in shipping, logistics, or freight coordination is preferred.
• Familiar with international shipping terms and customs regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with overseas suppliers on cargo readiness.
• Arrange shipments into Singapore and transfers to overseas bonded warehouses.
• Diligent in processing shipping documents and monitoring shipment movements.
