Responsibilities

• Coordinate with service parts teams in Singapore, Japan, and USA.
• Consult with customers to resolve issues and queries.
• Enter quotations and orders into the CRM and ERP systems.
• Ensure commercial terms are met regarding Letters of Credit and shipment.
• Review technical and commercial discrepancies in purchase orders.
• Prepare Order Acknowledgements.
• Raise Purchase Requisitions for Service Parts PO execution.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with the factory.
• Research item requirements in ERP and calculate costs for quotations.
• Perform any other administrative tasks.
