• Own and drive multiple high-priority projects focused on Trust & Safety impact.
• Lead projects from conceptual stage to launch/execution: define scope, schedule, milestones, tasks, deliverables.
• Establish frameworks, tools, and governance processes to enhance operational efficiency and consistency.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across global time zones and geographies with stakeholder management.
• Provide executive-level communications on project progress and thought leadership to drive initiatives.
