Job summary

TikTok Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee global workforce strategies and partnership portfolios within Trust & Safety.

You will drive end-to-end workforce planning, collaborate with Operations, Procurement, and Finance, and translate market insights into actionable strategies to optimize costs and risk mitigation. You will lead data-driven forecasting, manage cross-functional stakeholders across regions, and implement systems to improve efficiency and scalability of budget

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field or business administration.
Advanced analytical skills demonstrated in complex projects.
Experience delivering large-scale programs with change management.
Exceptional stakeholder management across matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

Oversee development and continuous improvement of global workforce strategies and partnership portfolios.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate market insights into strategies for risk mitigation and cost optimization.
Co-develop and execute BPO budget plans with budget and payments teams, ensuring governance compliance.
Perform data-driven forecasting of the BPO workforce and provide strategic recommendations for growth.
Present executive-level reports and dashboards on planning progress and insights.
Lead continuous improvement by implementing new systems, tools, and automated processes.
