• Coordinate cross-functional teams across regions and time zones.
• Provide executive-level updates and thought leadership on project progress.
• Support organizational effectiveness and program management maturity.
• Identify regional pain points and shape cases for transformational change.
• Develop new tools, processes, and infrastructure for program mgmt.
