TikTok is seeking a Partner Program Manager in Singapore to lead outsourced partner and vendor operations, translate business goals into measurable performance frameworks, and build a high-performing team focused on operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage complex stakeholder relationships, establish governance models, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement across service delivery and contracts while aligning with broader strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a managerial role overseeing outsourced partner/vendor operations.
• Experience leading BPO operations with KPI ownership and performance management.
• Experience managing complex programs, vendor governance and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage partner/vendor and internal stakeholder relationships; drive service delivery and process optimization.
• Oversee governance, risk management and contractual obligations; drive value reviews.
• Lead and develop a team of Partner Operation Managers to enable operational excellence.
