Position Overview

The Global Networking Manager will be responsible for developing, strengthening, and expanding Cargosavvy’s global partner network across all four offices—Singapore, Vietnam, Australia, and the USA (Houston). This role focuses on building strategic alliances, driving new business opportunities, and enhancing international collaboration to support the growth of Cargosavvy’s Air, Sea, Marine Logistics, and Project Cargo verticals.

The ideal candidate will possess strong freight forwarding experience, proven global partner relationships, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to represent Cargosavvy in international markets.

Key Responsibilities
1. Global Network Development
  • Build and expand Cargosavvy’s worldwide partner network across 80+ major logistics markets.
  • Identify and onboard new international agents, consolidators, co-loaders, and NVOCC partners.
  • Manage memberships in global freight networks and evaluate participation in new networks.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing global partners and improve cooperation across all 4 offices.
2. Business Development & Revenue Growth
  • Generate new business opportunities (import, export, cross-trade) through global partner channels.
  • Drive reciprocal business and monitor monthly contribution from each partner.
  • Conduct cold calling, virtual meetings, and targeted outreach to potential partners worldwide.
  • Support Key Account Management for multinational clients.
  • Assist in developing competitive pricing strategies for global tenders and RFQs.
3. International Office Support
  • Work closely with branch offices in Vietnam, Australia, and USA to identify regional opportunities.
  • Align international partner support for each office’s growth plan.
  • Facilitate cross-office communication, lead generation, and performance reporting.
  • Travel regularly to all Cargosavvy locations for alignment and training.
4. Market Visits & Travel
  • Represent Cargosavvy in global conferences, partner meetings, and networking events.
  • Conduct business development visits in potential markets (ASEAN, USA, Europe, Middle East, ANZ, India).
  • Perform onsite partner evaluations and market intelligence reports.
5. Collaboration & Internal Coordination
  • Work with the Pricing, Sales, and Operations teams to develop competitive solutions.
  • Guide offices on agent selection for specific trade lanes.
  • Support onboarding of new partners and set SOPs for communication, credit terms, and routing.
  • Share global trends, rate updates, capacity changes, and lane intelligence with the team.
