Job summary

A marketing and production company based in Singapore seeks a finance/accounting professional to run full set accounts for Singapore and Malaysia entities. The ideal candidate will manage compliance with local regulations, lead month-end financial processes, and ensure cashflow management. A degree in Accounting and 3-5 years of relevant experience are required, along with proficiency in Xero and the ability to occasionally travel to regional offices.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years in full set accounts experience.
• Ideal candidate should come from marketing agency, studio, or production.
• Occasionally travel to KL/JB office is required.

Responsibilities

• Run a full set of accounts for SG (HQ) and MY entities in Xero.
• Lead month-end close and prepare management accounts.
• Ensure GST and SST compliance including reconciliations.
• Build and track annual budget and cashflow.
• Own cashflow management and oversee payroll.

Skills

Experience in international finance

Proficiency in Xero system

Knowledge of SFRS

Familiar with Singapore GST

Familiar with Malaysia SST

Strong analytical skills

Excellent communication skills

Education

Degree in Accounting
