A leading finance organization based in Singapore is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial operations across Singapore and Malaysia. In this strategic role, you will oversee compliance, budgeting, and operational risk management while developing a high-performing finance team. The ideal candidate will have significant senior finance leadership experience and a strong background in IFRS reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of senior finance leadership experience, ideally within international manufacturing or marine industries.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS reporting.
• Professional certification (CA, CPA, or ACCA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, treasury, financial control, and statutory reporting.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Partner with senior management for strategic planning.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance.
• Identify and manage financial and operational risks.
