Job description

Frazer Jones are pleased to be collaborating with a leading fintech group to appoint a highly commercial, pacey and innovative global HR Business Partner (Director level) to partner the growing engineering business across a number of global locations including the USA, China, Singapore, Hong Kong and the UK.

Reporting directly to the Group Head of HR Business Partnering, this individual partners the leadership team of the Engineering business line across all international markets, working as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, driving the people agenda and HR transformation at a period of heightened growth and innovation. You will deliver a best‑in‑class HR Advisory and/or Partnering service across a number of countries within a lean global HR BP function, working closely with Global HR Centres of Excellence.

This individual will work as an integral part of the Group and Regional HR BP leadership team, shaping and executing HR strategy. You will lead on key HR processes such as annual compensation reviews, talent management and succession planning, employee relations, performance management, while also leading strategic people projects, leveraging key data and insights.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record operating in regional or global HR Business Partner Lead roles within other top‑tier fintech and/or technology organisations. You will be comfortable operating in a strategic and hands‑on capacity, in a highly visible role within a fast‑paced and high‑performance environment.
