Manages customer accounts with attention to maintaining strong relationships with existing customer base, exploring additional sales opportunities, and resolution of issues. Responsible for generating profitable growth with existing customer base and identifying new opportunities.

About the Job
  • Maintains strong relationships with a specific group of customers; responsible for issuing sales quotes, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining customer relationship. (50%)
  • Creates sales strategies for accounts. (35%)
  • Increases understanding of customer accounts, particularly around the customer’s business strategy, purchasing behavior, decision-makers, barriers, and competition. (10%)
  • Assesses competitor activity and ensure appropriate response to set customer accounts. (5%)
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Education: Bachelor or university degree
