Ideal candidates will have over 6 years in related fields, strong data analysis skills, and fluency in Mandarin. Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably with background in Big Tech Firms or multinational companies.
• Experience in designing and implementing C & B frameworks and incentive programs.
• Strong data analysis skills, capable of conducting benchmarking, cost modeling, and incentive ROI evaluation.
• Excellent business acumen, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop global compensation strategy, including fixed pay structures and variable incentive programs.
• Design performance management systems suitable for global teams like OKRs and 360-degree feedback.
• Create incentive programs addressing workforce needs.
