Job summary

MMC Success Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Sales/Business Development professional in Singapore to drive new opportunities through daily outbound calls and direct client engagement. You will build strong relationships, understand client needs, and negotiate terms while coordinating with Operations and Pricing for timely shipments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
• Experience in sales, business development, telemarketing, or related roles preferred.
• Fresh graduates welcome; training provided.

• Willing to outbound calls, client engagement and handling objections.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through daily outbound calls and client engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through phone and face-to-face communication.
• Understand client requirements and negotiate pricing, service terms, and solutions with clients and vendors.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, and conduct timely follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed business.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations and Pricing teams to ensure smooth and timely shipment execution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client, quotation, and sales pipeline records in the CRM and quoting systems.
• Support other business development and sales activities as assigned by the supervisor.
