Job summary

Pacific International Lines in Singapore is seeking a Senior Business Development professional to identify and pursue opportunities in Freight Forwarding, Contract Logistics and Transportation. You will develop a strong sales pipeline, convert opportunities into profitable business, and present pricing models to potential clients.

The role requires a degree in supply chain or related field, plus 5+ years BD experience in logistics.

Qualifications

• Degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• At least 5 years of proven BD experience in freight forwarding, contract logistics & transportation.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, and customs processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Freight Forwarding, Contract Logistics and Transportation in Singapore.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and convert opportunities into profitable business.
• Prepare and present proposals, RFQs/RFPs, and pricing models to potential clients.
• Achieve sales targets and provide timely sales & marketing strategic information to management.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders; act as primary contact during the sales process.
