• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $14,000 Basic + Variable Bonus
• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and enhance the Group's global financial policies, systems, and controls.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, tax, treasury, and ROI management.
• Drive finance systems implementation and digital optimisation.
• Manage and develop regional finance teams; build a high-performance organisation.
• Partner with business leaders on pricing, investments, and strategic initiatives.
• Provide financial insights, dashboards, and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years' experience in finance & accounting within multinational or multi-entity environments.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, tax, treasury, financial analysis, and ROI.
• Experience in finance systems implementation, digitalisation, or process improvement is an advantage.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
