Job summary

Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) Singapore is seeking a Strategic Account professional to drive business development across assigned client accounts. You will act as the primary customer focal point, coordinating quotations, bid submissions, and day-to-day communications to ensure clarity and efficiency.

You will identify long-term business opportunities, manage key client relationships, and ensure contract accuracy and timely documentation to support sustainable growth in a dynamic regional

Qualifications

• Degree qualification, preferably in Maritime, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI)
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise critical tasks accordingly
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Meticulous and detail-oriented with a strong belief in teamwork

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership and accountability for driving business development across assigned client accounts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, streamlining quotations, bid submissions, and day‑to‑day communication to ensure clear information flow and efficient business interactions.
• Identify, build, and sustain long‑term business opportunities to support profitable and sustainable growth.
• Develop and maintain strong, positive customer relationships through regular engagement to achieve business targets and support long-term partnerships.
• Ensure accurate and timely contract preparation, filing, reporting, and documentation, providing customers with a seamless and reliable experience.
