• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, streamlining quotations, bid submissions, and day-to-day communication to ensure clear information flow and efficient business interactions.
• Identify, build, and sustain long-term business opportunities to support profitable and sustainable growth.
• Develop and maintain strong, positive customer relationships through regular engagement to achieve business targets and support long-term partnerships.
• Proactively create solutions, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and resolve business issues efficiently to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate and timely contract preparation, filing, reporting, and documentation, providing customers with a seamless and reliable experience.
