Job summary

Flintex Consulting is seeking a Tender Manager in Singapore to drive and coordinate tender responses for global and strategic customers. You will work with regional teams to ensure compliant, competitive offers and timely submissions.

The role requires strong Excel skills, numerical aptitude, and excellent communication to liaise with multiple stakeholders across the APAC region.

Qualifications

• Advanced MS-Excel is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the preparation and submission of tenders for global and strategic customers.
• Analyse tender specifications and liaise with APAC countries for timely responses.
• Coordinate with local offices and central procurement to ensure high-quality offers.
• Develop a project plan and pricing analysis in line with tender processes.
• Maintain tenders records in internal reports and document management system.
• Advise cross-region stakeholders from Tender Management to meet corporate goals.
• Trouble-shoot tender issues and implement corrective actions.

This position is responsible for effective handling of tenders from customers and aligning opportunities with the company’s strategic objectives

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with global and / or regional account management team to lead or support the preparation and submission of tenders for global and strategic customers.
• Analyse tender specifications and liaise with countries mainly in the APAC region for accurate and timely responses
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including local offices and central procurement teams to ensure high quality and competitive offers
• Develop a project plan and for adequate pricing analysis, internal review and evaluation inline with the global tender management process
• Maintain record of tenders in internal reports and tender document management system
• Leading/involve in meeting with cross region stakeholder to give advice or provide analysis from Tender Management perspective to achieve corporate goal.
• Trouble shoot any tender related issues and make concerted corrective actions plan to ensure
• Other assignments and participation in related projects, as required

Skills Required:

• Advanced MS-Excel is mandatory
