Job summary

Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) Singapore is seeking a qualified Logistics professional to drive regional intermodal operations, equipment planning and performance improvements. Based in our Singapore Regional Office, you will coordinate with feeder operators, manage routing and vendor performance, and contribute to cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years in container shipping, carrier, container control or intermodal operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Power BI; Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional equipment and intermodal operations to improve efficiency and costs.
• Coordinate intermodal operations with feeder operators and agencies on rates, space, routing, and shipments.
• Plan repositioning of empty equipment across inland locations to support export demand.
• Monitor equipment inventory, idle containers, turnaround times and vessel schedules.
• Benchmark vendor performance and manage renewals, rate reviews, and responsiveness.
