Overview

The Club General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of club operations, ensuring a high level of member satisfaction, managing staff, and achieving financial goals. The GM provides leadership, strategic planning, and operational management to deliver a premium experience to members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily club operations, including Membership services, Food & Beverage, Fitness, Events, and Facilities Management.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to promote growth, member retention, and revenue enhancement.
  • Oversee staff recruitment, training, performance management, and scheduling.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and member satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets, financial reporting, and control expenses.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
  • Develop marketing and promotional strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and professional club culture.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure seamless operations.
  • Handle member inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
