Assist the Director in managing, supervising, and overseeing overall business operations.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the construction business, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and regulatory compliance.

Develop, implement, and review business strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.

Monitor organizational performance, including budgets, cash flow, and cost control.

Lead and oversee multiple construction projects from planning through to completion.

Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within approved budgets, and in accordance with required quality standards.

Review and evaluate project schedules, cost reports, variation orders, and risk assessments.

Resolve major project issues, disputes, and escalations in a timely and effective manner.

Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements from BCA, MOM, LTA, and other relevant authorities.

Oversee workplace safety, WSH compliance, and risk management practices.

Ensure all works comply with building codes, statutory regulations, and safety standards.

Conduct regular site inspections and enforce strict safety protocols.

Manage and coordinate all permits, licenses, and statutory documentation required for project execution.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Singapore construction industry.

Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and public‑speaking skills.

Excellent management, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.

Proactive, confident, and goal‑oriented with a willingness to take on challenges.

Able and willing to travel overseas (e.g. Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand) when required.

Capable of liaising effectively with authorities such as MOM, BCA, PUB, and other statutory bodies.

Willing to work weekends, night shifts, and overseas assignments as required.
