Job description

• Overseeing all phases of construction projects, from initial planning and design to completion.
• Involved in the complete execution of the project from start to finish, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Oversee a team of Senior Managers and other personnel who are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the project and Singapore HQ.
• Overseeing costs, scheduling and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Managing client relationships and government bodies.
• Correspond with client in any matters related to construction projects.
