• Champion succession planning initiative for key management positions.
• Develop long-term strategic business plans to maintain a leading position in the marketplace.
• Endorse organisational quality management policies.
• Ensure that the board is adequately informed of quality management related matters.
• Ensure that the organisation has appropriate Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) to enable it to conduct activities both lawfully and ethically.
• Establish organisational business performance indicators and measurement standards.
• Explore value and expectations of key strategic stakeholders.
• Formulate the organisation's employee development system for the advancement of high performing leaders and workforce in line with organisation's mission and emerging trends of the industry.
• Foster a culture of excellence and innovation where employees conduct activities that follow Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
• Nurture an organisational culture that complies with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) internal and external standards and regulations.
• Promote Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) across the organisation.
• Review organisational business performance against plans to recognise achievements.
• Set direction for organisational budget planning in consultation with stakeholders.
