We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented General Insurance Executive to manage our clients' general insurance matters. This is a non-sales role that offers valuable exposure to a wide range of insurance products, including fire insurance, marine cargo insurance, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Provide advice to clients on general insurance matters
  • Understand clients’ insurance needs and communicate them to insurance providers
  • Act on behalf of the manager to source and obtain quotations from insurers
  • Negotiate with insurers to secure competitive and suitable terms for clients
  • Manage and maintain assigned client accounts
  • Prepare reports and updates for various client casesOversee and manage insurance claims on behalf of clients
  • Assist clients with policy-related queries, claims, updates, and changes
  • Handle client complaints professionally and provide effective solutions
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service
  • Coordinate effectively between clients and internal departments
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
  • No sales responsibilities required for this role
