Job summary

A manpower services provider in Singapore seeks contract staff to support gallery operations. Responsibilities include managing bookings, coordinating logistics, providing visitor support, and conducting tours.   • Collect visitor feedback and compile statistics.
  • Support special events and other duties.

Job description

The agency contract staff will support day-to-day gallery operations, including:

  • Manage individual and group bookings, schedules, and docent deployment
  • Coordinate logistics with security and facilities teams
  • Support publicity activities with the Communications team
  • Prepare gallery systems and spaces before opening
  • Provide on-site visitor support and ensure smooth operations
  • Conduct guided tours when required
  • Collect visitor feedback and compile basic visitor statistics
  • Support special events and other assigned duties
Requirements
  • Interest in Singapores history and community building
  • Strong administrative, planning, and communication skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Able to stand for extended periods and conduct guided tours
  • Willing to work on weekends

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract (Jan 2026)

5-day work week (4 weekdays and Saturday)

42 hours per week
