Job summary

A leading technology firm in Singapore is seeking a Software Engineer to be part of a multi-disciplinary team working on a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform. The role includes designing scalable systems, writing maintainable code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance compliance processes. Ideal candidates will have experience with Django, React, and AWS, and be familiar with Agile practices, ensuring high-quality feature delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Overview

As a Software Engineer, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team working on a long-term initiative to build and enhance a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform. The platform focuses on automating workflows and simplifying compliance processes through intuitive, user-centric design.

You will contribute to the design and development of modern, scalable systems that integrate compliance early into the development lifecycle, enabling faster, more secure delivery of applications. The work involves building reusable services, automating control checks, and continuously improving system reliability and performance.

You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, product owners, and DevOps practitioners to deliver high-quality features and continuously raise engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable system architectures
