Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement & Sales Conversion
  • Greet, engage, and build rapport with walk-in customers to create a warm, welcoming experience.

  • Understand customer needs, preferences, and lifestyle to recommend tailored furniture and home solutions.

  • Drive sales conversions across multiple touchpoints including in-store, chat, email, and phone inquiries.

  • Follow up with customers to build relationships and encourage repeat purchases and referrals.

2. Product Knowledge & Solution Selling
  • Develop deep knowledge of IUIGA’s furniture and home collections to provide informed recommendations.

  • Guide customers on design choices such as materials, color palettes, and space planning.

  • Confidently present solutions that balance style, functionality, and budget.

3. Customer Care & Problem Solving
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.

  • Proactively resolve concerns or issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Support IUIGA’s customer-first culture by delivering consistent, positive interactions.

4. Store Operations & Standards
  • Contribute to store excellence by maintaining showroom presentation and visual standards.

  • Assist in stock management including receiving, issuing, and monthly stocktake accuracy.

  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth daily store operations.

What You’ll Bring
  • Prior experience in retail sales, ideally in furniture, home décor, or lifestyle categories.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; approachable and empathetic with a natural ability to connect with people.

  • Passion for delivering great customer experiences and building long-term relationships.

  • A positive, high-energy attitude with a proactive mindset.

  • Comfort with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and retail POS systems.
