Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing fundraising materials, includingpitch decks, investor teasers, due diligence data packs, and financial summaries.
  • Supportinvestor outreach and communication, including scheduling meetings, preparing follow-up materials, and maintaining investor CRM databases.
  • Conductmarket researchand benchmarking on comparable transactions, valuation trends, and potential investment partners.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (finance, legal, and business units) to collect and update documents required for fundraising and due diligence.
  • Assist inorganizing investor roadshows, conferences, and online meetings.
  • Prepare minutes, summaries, and reports for internal and external meetings.
  • Track investor feedback, maintain contact lists, and assist in post-investment relationship management.
  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data management policies during investor communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree inFinance, Business, Economics, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum2 years of experiencein fundraising, investment banking, venture capital, or corporate finance.
  • StrongEnglish communication and writing skills; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage (for liaising with Chinese-speaking investors).
