Job summary

A leading fund management company in Singapore is seeking a quality support person for its Finance and Admin department. The role includes overseeing accounting, ensuring compliance with regulations, and preparing financial reports. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in accountancy, preferably with 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of FRS and IFRS, and the ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of work experience in a public accounting firm or MNC.
• Strong in FRS / IFRS requirements and Companies Act.
• Experience with MAS compliance in a fund management industry is a plus.
• Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and prepare accounting and administrative matters.
• Monitor cashflow and liaise with banks.
• Prepare monthly and annual reports to corporate office.
• Manage group budgeting and handle auditing.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
