Qualifications

  • Experience in at least two full lifecycle ERP implementations.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and client-focused Functional Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV) and a solid understanding of end‑to‑end business processes. You will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, configure systems, manage implementations, and ensure successful adoption and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead or support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation, upgrade, and support projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to analyze business processes, perform fit‑gap analysis, and prepare detailed functional specifications.
  • Configure and customize Business Central modules including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Jobs, Manufacturing and Warehousing.
  • Plan and execute data migration and system integration activities.
  • Develop and deliver user documentation, training materials, and conduct end‑user training sessions.
  • Coordinate project tasks and track progress using Azure DevOps Boards and JIRA.
  • Assist with testing, troubleshooting and post‑deployment support.
  • Work closely with technical consultants and project managers to ensure timely, high‑quality project delivery.
  • Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft ecosystem innovations.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
  • Good understanding of Financial Accounting, Inventory Costing and Pricing.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams and familiarity with Azure DevOps Boards and JIRA for project tracking and collaboration.
  • Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or related field.
  • Experience in at least two full lifecycle ERP implementations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Certification in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Experience with Jet Reports, Power BI or similar reporting and analytics tools.
