We are not looking for traditional, rigid lecturers. We are looking for high-energy performers who can own a room, captivate a class of primary schoolers, and adapt quickly.

📋 What You Will Do

• Command the Room: Deliver high-impact, engaging Math lessons (approx. 10-12 classes/week). Your main job is to keep energy levels high and students focused.
• Simple Data Tracking: No coding skills needed. Simply input student results into our custom interactive app to help track their milestones.
• Build Relationships: You are the face of the brand to parents. You will provide updates on progress and build trust.
• Be a Team Player: We are a small, tight-knit team. We cover for each other and move fast.

📈 The Career Path (The "Management Associate" Track)

• Phase 1 (Years 1-2): Focus on mastering the craft. Become a Top 1% Educator.
• Phase 2 (Year 3+): Selected high-performers are eligible for our Management Associate rotation. You will step out of the classroom to lead in areas like Business Development, Operations, and Marketing, groomed directly by the founders.

🎓 Who We Are Looking For

• Personality First: You are vibrant and confident. You can manage a class of energetic kids without losing your cool.
• Background: Bachelor's Degree preferred (Local Unis: NUS, NTU, SMU, SIT, SUSS, SUTD).
• Experience: 2+ years of tutoring/teaching experience is preferred. Note: You do NOT need to be NIE/MOE trained. We value adaptability and connection with kids over rigid pedagogy.
• The "Hustle": You are a self-starter who doesn't need to be micro-managed.
• Work Schedule: Able to work at least 1 weekend.
• Location: Marine Parade, Novena.
