Job summary

A vibrant children's recreation center in Singapore is seeking dedicated Full-Time Service Staff to ensure the safety and enjoyment of children in the playground. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, maintaining a clean environment, and assisting with daily operations. Ideal candidates should be passionate about working with children and have good communication skills. Previous experience in customer service or childcare is a plus.

• Able to handle physical tasks, such as cleaning and organizing play equipment.
• Prior experience in customer service or childcare is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and well-being of children within the playground.
• Assist with daily operations including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the play area.
• Provide friendly and engaging customer service to parents and children.
• Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards of the facility.
• Handle cashiering duties accurately and efficiently.
• Build positive relationships with customers.

Job Details

• Salary: $2400 with CPF

Work Schedule

• 6-day work week, Tuesday to Sunday, including public holidays.
• Hours:
  Tuesday - Friday : 11:30 PM - 8:30PM
  Saturday, Sunday: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
  Public Holidays: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Extra day pay or off in lieu)
• Off days: Usually Monday / Tuesday (Rotates based on store needs)

Key Responsibilities

• As a Full-Time Service Staff, you’ll provide great customer service, handle sales, and keep the store running smoothly in a 6-day work week.
