Full Stack Engineer

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri (Hybrid)
• Location: Central
• Remuneration: Up to $10,000 + AWS

Position Overview

We are seeking qualified Full Stack Engineers to join dynamic product teams focused on building impactful digital solutions. Successful candidates will collaborate with cross-functional squads, including Quality Engineers, UX Designers, and Product Owners, to design, develop, and enhance software products that deliver meaningful outcomes for users.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and iterate high-quality digital products, delivering solutions that solve real user problems.
• Collaborate within cross-functional teams, contributing to the full product lifecycle from ideation to delivery.
• Develop clean, maintainable, and scalable code while participating in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Actively engage in Agile practices, including Scrum ceremonies, to ensure continuous improvement.
• Advocate for modern technologies, best practices, and tools to enhance product quality and user experience.

Essential Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Strong programming fundamentals with experience in modern technologies such as ReactJS, TypeScript, Angular, or .NET.
• Familiarity with cloud-based development, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure tools (AWS, Docker, Terraform) or file transfer systems is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Exposure to container orchestration, cloud-native architecture, or advanced deployment practices.
• Strong growth mindset, willingness to mentor colleagues, and passion for creating meaningful digital products.
