An established aesthetics clinic in Singapore is seeking a customer service representative. Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client relationships. Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must to communicate with clients. A strong social media presence is a plus.
Answering the telephone, transferring calls, taking accurate messages, replying to enquiries, greeting customers, cashiering, giving tours of the facility and scheduling appointments.
Maintaining good after-sales relationships, keeping records of customers’ appointments and completed sales.
Scheduling appointments for customers, giving tours around various areas for visitors and answering their enquiries and feedbacks.
Informing relevant staff of their work duties for the day,
Promote services provided in Clinic and meeting to customers’ needs and request.
Perform admin work and clerical support
Maintain social media platforms like FB, IG, Tik Tok. Little Red Book
Any other ad hoc duties assigned by manager
O level and above
At least 1 year of relevant working experience in aesthetics clinic
Must have a basic knowledge in aesthetics treatment services
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word)
With social media content creating is added advantage
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and work independently
Fluent in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Chinese speaking patients and associates.
