Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure the accuracy of all transaction records; verify cash inventory and daily cashier reports during shift handovers to maintain clear accounts.
  • Answer front desk calls and handle reservation inquiries with polite and professional responses; warmly greet guests and assist with queries regarding bill details and payment methods.
  • Master the rules and preferential policies of the company's promotions and proactively promote them to guests; during guest checkout, gather satisfaction feedback through appropriate communication and follow up on potential issues promptly.
  • Work closely with the service team to handle guests' personalized needs, assist in resolving special billing issues, and improve overall service efficiency.
  • Maintain the daily cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter area; regularly inspect and maintain cashier equipment to ensure normal operation and an orderly environment.
  • Comply with supervisor arrangements and complete other assigned administrative and operational support tasks.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum O level or above. Prior experience as a cashier, F&B front‑of‑house staff, or 1+ year of experience in hotel, spa, or related service industries is preferred.
  • Familiar with POS systems and common payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and digital payments. Proficient in basic computer operations for office tasks.
  • Meticulous, responsible, with strong numerical aptitude and integrity. Honest, reliable, accountable, and self‑disciplined.
  • Well‑groomed and with a strong service orientation. Possesses good communication skills and a naturally warm, engaging demeanor to greet guests warmly.
  • Excellent adaptability and learning ability to quickly adjust to workflow changes. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
