Job Responsibilities
  • Staff the concierge desk in the building lobby, representing the property with a polished and courteous demeanour at all times.

  • Manage the issuance and control of visitor badges in compliance with the building’s security protocols.

  • Greet and assist all visitors professionally, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

  • Offer directions, address general inquiries, and guide visitors through building access procedures.

  • Attend to tenant feedback and complaints, ensuring all issues are accurately documented and escalated to the relevant departments promptly.

  • Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and route calls as necessary.

  • Maintain a clean and professional concierge/reception area.

  • Collaborate with building management and security teams to ensure seamless operations.

  • Provide daily updates or incident reports to the Operations team as needed.

  • Assist the Asset Manager with ad hoc tasks related to the management of additional company properties in the Central Business District
