Job summary

A leading service provider in Singapore seeks a Front Desk Officer to maintain a presence at the counter, assist customers, and handle inquiries. Candidates should have a minimum GCE 'O' Level and prior customer service experience is a plus. Responsibilities include greeting customers, administrative support, and guiding users on digital applications. The role offers Monday to Friday working hours, with competitive working conditions. Qualifications

  • Min GCE 'O' Level with prior customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Pleasant demeanour with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to handle customer enquiries tactfully.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital applications.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain presence at the front counter for prompt assistance.
  • Greet and register walk-in customers using case management system.
  • Respond to customer enquiries professionally.
  • Track walk-in customer numbers during queue system downtime.
  • Perform daily operational checks of the service centre.
  • Handle telephone and inbound email enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support including document filing and data entry.
  • Assist with setting up videoconferencing equipment.
  • Provide logistical support for ad-hoc events.
  • Engage with customers to guide on digital apps and online services.
  • Assist customers with online application forms.
  • Perform follow-ups and additional duties as assigned.
