A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced administrative professional to manage the front desk and provide executive support. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, managing communications, and logistical assistance. Candidates should have a GCE 'O' Level and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus. Competitive opportunities and career growth await.
Front Desk & Facilities Management: Maintain a professional and tidy front desk, meeting rooms, and office equipment/supplies (pantry, stationery, recycling). Manage mail, postage, and courier services.
Administrative & Executive Support: Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, manage conference room bookings, and handle A/V equipment. Organize annual events, festive gifts, and manage visitor car park records. Provide backup administrative assistance to the Chairman, CEO, and COO, and support other departments as needed.
Communications: Manage general staff email communications and announcements.
Operational Logistics: Assist management with insurance claims and coordinate with the Tea Lady for visitor refreshments.
GCE "O" Level
3 years of working experience in administrative functions
Experience in real estate industry will be an added advantage
