• Experience managing a Franchise business in Asia is beneficial.

• Strong leadership with excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proven track record of managing a team across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead business performance reviews, monitor financial health and inventory levels.
• Review and drive Franchisee commercial strategy, business plan and budgeting.
• Enforce commercial agreements and manage Franchise Partner performance.
• Conduct regular store visits and ensure consistent customer experience.
• Ensure compliance of Franchise Partners with local laws and best practices.
