Your Mission
The successful candidate will act as a business partner to all Richemont Regional Functions [RRF] leaders, providing financial insights to achieve business targets and realising the strategy.
At the same time, the individual will ensure financial compliance and control of each function's processes with the support from the local market FP&A controlling team, and by collaborating with other functions of the Finance team (Accounting, Tax, Treasury, RFBO & IC-0).
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Trusted Advisor to RRF Management Team
- Assert leadership on the long-term financial planning and support in preparing the strategic business plan as part of the annual budgeting process
- Ensure optimal resource allocation for working capital in line with the development strategy of Richemont SEAO, highlighting potential risks and opportunities
- Identify areas for efficiency improvement in operations
Financial planning process management & partnership (periodic & strategic)
- Take responsibility and a leadership role on various projects, working with business partners to design/execute business solutions to complex issues
- Coordinate the overall budgeting and monthly rolling forecasting process for RRF according to guidelines from the APAC and Group Finance
- Take the lead in the development of financial plan for RRF
Other Responsibilities
- Work closely with the overall SEAO team to ensure timely and accurate reporting and analysis
- Support the projects on financial planning process improvement, including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
- Support to maintain the internal control environment of RRF
- Participate in various cross-functional projects, e.g. Digital, network expansion & development, etc.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- University graduate (BA/MBA equivalent) from a reputable institution
- CPA/CMA/CIMA from a recognized board is advantageous
- 8 years of related working experience in a multinational corporate environment with operating model including retail business (all channels, including digital/e-Commerce), ideally in a matrix structure
- Strong strategic, financial planning and business analysis experience
- Experience in supervising and advising colleagues of varying seniority and experiences
- Ability to gather and analyse/synthesise information skilfully
