What you'll do:

⭐ Budgeting, Forecasting & Long-Range Planning

• Prepare and maintain annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Monitor performance against targets, analyse variances, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to guide strategic decision‑making.

⭐ Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to define KPIs and OKRs that drive business performance.
• Provide financial guidance to ensure alignment between departmental initiatives and overall company objectives.
• Act as a finance business partner to support operational efficiency and resource allocation.

⭐ Financial Reporting & Presentations

• Prepare management reports, board decks, and investor materials with clear financial narratives.
• Streamline and enhance reporting processes to improve accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.
• Translate complex financial data into insights for stakeholders.

⭐ Financial Modeling & Analysis

• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analysis to support decision‑making across business units.
• Provide insights on key SaaS/ recurring revenue metrics (LTV, CAC, Retention, Payback period) where relevant.

Who you are:

• ★ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field from a recognised local university.
• ★ 1‑2 years of relevant experience in FP&A, audit, accounting or finance. Big 4 experience is highly favoured. Strong fresh graduates with internship experience will also be considered.
• ★ Excellent verbal and written communications in English, with the ability to present financial insights clearly.
• ★ Strong Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets; experience with financial modelling and data analysis tools is a plus.
• ★ Analytical, detail‑oriented, and critical thinker with strong problem‑solving skills.
• ★ Collaborative team player with the ability to partner effectively across functions.
• ★ Self‑starter with a strong willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
