Overview

Job Title: Formwork Supervisor (ID8348) | Location: Tai Seng, Singapore | Working hours: Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm (plus 2 hours OT) | Salary: $3500 - $4000

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction, erection, alteration, and dismantling of formwork structures.
• Ensure formwork complies with Codes of Practice and safety regulations.
• Interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately.
• Assess construction strength of materials, shoring, and support systems.
• Lead and coordinate formwork teams on-site.
• Monitor daily progress, ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
• Conduct pre-, during-, and post-concreting inspections of formwork and falsework.
• Ensure proper shutter making, assembling, and alignment.
• Calculate material quantities and manage inventory.
• Liaise with site engineers and main contractors for workflow coordination.
• Maintain daily reports, inspection logs, and compliance checklists.
