Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to mall F&B tenant outlets to educate, raise awareness, and encourage proper food waste segregation practices.
• Engage with tenants and key stakeholders to reinforce good habits, clarify procedures, and address any questions or concerns related to food waste handling.
• Be stationed at the Food Waste Digester area and sorting table to perform checks on tenant food waste pails/bins, ensuring proper segregation and contamination‑free waste.
• Document food waste segregation activities by taking photos of ant/sorter practices and uploading them to the designated software platform for tracking and reporting.

Job Requirements

• May need to station at bin centre only during tenant busy time 12 -2pm. 80% of the time is visiting the F&B tenant.
• Training will be provided. (how to work on‑site, how to use food waste digester, etc.)
• Salary indicated is per hour basis.
