Job description

Location: Tuas (Walking distance from Tuas Link MRT)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:15 PM
Salary: Up to $4,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus

️ Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support product development from concept to commercialization
• Identify and implement improvements to existing products, ingredients, and processes
• Manage projects and ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Conduct trial runs, commercial runs, and troubleshoot as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Leaders, Project Managers, Specialists) during Pilot Plant trials and testing
• Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and compliance standards
• Support the digital transformation of documentation processes

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Nutrition, Chemistry, Microbiology or related disciplines
• Min 2 years experience in the F&B industry, with a focus on Beverage R&D preferred
• Hands-on experience in operating Pilot Plant equipment is a strong advantage
• Strong project management and collaboration skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset
