Job description
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily facilities operations across campus buildings, classrooms, laboratories, offices, common areas, and F&B outlets.

  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for M&E systems, including ACMV, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building services supporting F&B operations.

  • Attend to breakdowns, emergencies, and ad-hoc facilities issues promptly to minimise disruption to campus and tenant operations.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure facilities are safe, clean, and operational.

  • Act as the main point of contact for F&B tenants on facilities-related matters.

  • Coordinate with F&B tenants on maintenance works, repairs, and access requirements.

  • Ensure tenants comply with lease terms, campus guidelines, and operational requirements.

  • Monitor tenant fit-out works, reinstatement works, and minor renovations to ensure compliance with approved drawings and safety standards.

  • Ensure F&B tenants comply with relevant regulations such as food hygiene, fire safety, workplace safety, and environmental health requirements.

  • Coordinate inspections with authorities and support audits related to SCDF, NEA, BCA, and MOM where applicable.

  • Follow up on non-compliances and ensure timely rectification by tenants or contractors.

  • Manage and supervise contractors and service providers for hard and soft FM services, including those supporting F&B outlets.

  • Ensure contractors adhere to safety procedures, permit-to-work requirements, and campus regulations.

  • Verify work quality, endorse service reports, and assist in invoice verification.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.

  • Facilities-related certifications (e.g. FSM, FMP) are advantageous.

  • 3 years of facilities management or building operations experience, preferably in campus, commercial, retail, or mixed-use environments.

  • Exposure to F&B tenant coordination, food court, or retail facilities management is an advantage.

  • Experience with ACMV and M&E systems supporting F&B operations is preferred.
