Job summary

TDCX, a Singapore-headquartered global BPO, seeks Customer Support personnel to deliver excellent experiences across channels. Applicants should hold a diploma or higher and have strong English communication. Fresh graduates are welcome, with a preference for those who have 2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels.
Identify customer needs, researching issues to provide strategic solutions while clarifying confusion.
Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with service partners and internal departments.
Provide constructive feedback to improve tools, resources, procedures and guidelines.
Deliver the best services to ensure the highest customer satisfaction with proper procedures.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
Carry out additional duties to support the Quality Management System.
