Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field.
• Preferable with 2 years of working experience; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
• Ability to multi-task and tailor responses from customer information.
• Strong communication, listening, and phone etiquette in English and local market language.
• Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant channels.
• Identify customer needs and research issues to provide strategic solutions.
• Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up for case closure.
• Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures to enhance workflow.
• Deliver high-quality services to ensure customer satisfaction and accurate procedures.
• Build sustainable relationships and go the extra mile for customers.
